What happens during a trial in the criminal justice system of the United Kingdom.
  1. The defendant goes on trial.
  2. The defendant plead guilty or not guilty.
  3. The witness give evidence.
  4. The barristiers cross-examine the witness.
  5. The judge sums up the case.
  6. The jury reaches a verdict.
  7. The jury acquits or convicts the defendant.
  8. The judge passes the sentence.


TOPIC FIVE: EUTHANASIA & LAW

I think that the euthanasia is a complex concept that doesn't concern only the law. It understands the religion, the politic and above all the ethic.

In our country the euthanasia is illegal and is considered homicide. The Church has a very influential role about this subject and claims that the human life is inviolable.

I think that a man must die with dignity and I considers unfair to let a person to uselessly suffer.
